Marston’s is to consult with employees at the former Charles Wells brewery site in Bedford.
It comes as the group announced an £8m investment in new canning and bottling lines at its Burton on Trent.
As a result of this the company is entering into a consultation period with approximately 35-45 employees at the Eagle Brewery in Bedford where it has a similar production function situated.
