Marston’s plans to convert two more pubs to its up-market Revere format, M&C Report understands.
The company has secured planning permission at The Mackworth Hotel in Derby for structural alterations and to open from 9am. It will re-branded as The Farmhouse.
Meanwhile, the Queens Hotel in Newbury is currently being refurbished and will open as the Elephant at the Market.
The group, led by Colin Sadler, is believed to be targeting three additions a year to the portfolio, which includes the Pitcher & Piano concept.
