Ralph Findlay, chief executive of Marston’s saw his total remuneration remain broadly flat at £1.1m for the year to 31 October 2015.

Findlay’s base salary rose from £508,000 last year to £521,000 this year. His total remuneration was slightly below last year because of a lower award under the Long Term Incentive plan. Findlay’s annual bonus rose from £127,000 last year to £208,400.

Peter Dalzell, managing director of Marston’s Inn and Taverns, saw his total remuneration fall from £841,000 in 2014 to £598,000 this year, largely because of a drop in pension contributions. His base salary increased slightly from £282,000 to £289,000.

Andrew Andrea, chief financial officer, was awarded total remuneration of £690,000 last year and £670,000 this year, largely because of Long Term Incentive payments. His base salary rose from £317,000 to £325,000.
