Marston’s has appointed Rebecca Gadsby, formerly of Costa, as its new group head of training and development.
Gadsby joins the Wolverhampton-based brewer and pub operator after nearly four years at Costa, where she was most recently its senior HR business partner. Previous to joining Costa she spent four years at Jaguar Land Rover as a training manager.
Earlier this year, Marston’s reshuffled its management team, with Iain Jackson moving from operations director for Taverns and Leased Partners to the same role within the group’s Destination division. At the same time, Andrew Carlill, head of marketing for leased and taverns moved into Jackson’s former role.
