Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) is set to convert its Harvester near Chertsey, Surrey into its Miller & Carter steakhouse brand, M&C understands.
The company is set to convert the Otter in Ottershaw to the 36-strong brand before the end of the year.
M&B will open its second site under its steakhouse brand in Scotland, in Glasgow, this September.
It will open on the former Post Office site in St Vincent Street in the city.
It plans to convert a number of former Orchid sites to Miller & Carter over the next two years.
The group is also thought to be working on a site in Bath for the concept.
M&B has previously said it would look to grow M&C to a 50-strong estate.
