Luminar, the nightclub operator, has placed the former Liquid & Envy venue in Nuneaton, on the market with an estimated asking price of more than £600,000. According to The Times, the group, which is currently taking a site-by-site approach to its investment programme, that will include the debranding of selected sites, has appointed Gerald Eve to dispose of the unit. The business was sold out of administration to a consortium led by industry veteran Peter Marks last December for £33.3m. Earlier this year, the group commenced an investment programme across its now 59-strong estate. It plans to use the investment to tidy up the estate and restore some “luxury that had worn off” the sites.
