Ben Levick, the former operations director at TCG, is heading up the Walkabout brand following its acquisition by Stonegate, MCA understands.

Levick rejoined the group at the end of last year, having left last March following Stonegate’s £100m acquisition of the 53-strong TCG, to become managing director of the Apartment Group.

MCA understands that Levick is now operations directors across the Walkabout estate, which Stonegate acquired in December in a deal valued at £39.5m, as well as the Yates division.

Stonegate is investing in eight of the 30 Intertain sites, and is understood to be eyeing conversions for the brand.
