Ladybird Inns, the five-strong pub and hotel operator, has placed the Royal Inn in Par, South Cornwall on the market for an asking price of £800,000.
The pub comprises a bar, 30-cover restaurant, conservatory and 15 letting rooms.
The freehold licensed premises reported an increase in business revenue to £470,000 for the 12 months to 31 March 2009.
The company currently operates five sites spread across Cornwall and the West Midlands.
Christie & Co is handling the sale.
