The operator of the Kensington Wine Rooms has secured the former Raoul’s Deli site in Hammersmith for its third site, M&C understands.
The company, which also operates a Wine Room in Fulham, is planning to open its new Hammersmith Grove site next month under the name Brackenbury Wine Rooms.
Oliver McSwiney, the group’s head of wine, is taking responsibility for the opening of the new site as general manager.
The inaugural site, in Kensington Church Street, opened in 2009. It is descirbed as serving ”modern bistro dishes and bar plates, with a strong emphasis on wine pairings”.
