JD Wetherspoon has invested £900,000 in the opening of its second site at Birmingham International Airport.
The new pub, which is located at the redeveloped terminal two with views of the runway, will be completely non-smoking throughout.
The pub operator is focusing on its strategy of opening sites at transport terminals, which have benefited from changes in the licensing law.
The company has announced that it is looking to open 30 new pubs a year.
