A pub let to JD Wetherspoon in central London has been acquired for £8.4m by AXA Real Estate.
The 12,000sq ft building housing the Montagu Pyke pub at 105-107 Charing Cross Road is let to Wetherspoon for 21 years at a rent of £380k per annum.
The sale of the property by a private landlord is understood to have reflected a 4.3% yield.
