Ideal Collection, the South Coast-based operator led by Oliver Weeks and Matthew Boyle, is looking to triple the size of its five-strong estate over the next four years.
It is thought that the pub and restaurant group is currently looking at further openings for its Mexican restaurant and bar brand, Cantina Mexican, which it launched in Southampton.
It hopes to add sites between Brighton and Bournemouthto reach its target of 15 sites by the end of 2017.
The group’s estate currently includes No. 5 Bridge Street is in Winchester and the White Horse just outside in Otterbourne.
