John Hutson, chief executive of JD Wetherspoon, has trimmed his stake in the managed pub operator, raising c£15.4k in the process.
Hutson sold 3,500 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 441.7p per share. Following the transaction, he holds 38,556 ordinary shares in the company.
At the same time, Helena Geoghegan, wife of Martin Geoghegan, a PDMR of JD Wetherspoon plc, raised c£22k after selling 4,980 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 440.8231p per share.
The joint holding of Mr and Mrs Geoghegan is now 21,443 ordinary shares in the company.
