Hippo Inns, the joint venture between Enterprise Inns and Rupert Clevely, has secured its second site, M&C understands.
The group is currently on site at The George in Crossharbour. It follows the opening in October of The Signal in Forest Hill.
The company is initially targeting an estate of 10 sites and is believed to have several more openings lined up for this year, all within the M25.
