Hard Rock Cafe is opening one of its new-concept Hard Rock Bars in Bristol at the end of April. The 5,000 sq ft ground and basement venue in Baldwin Street in the city centre will include indoor and outdoor seating and a stage for live music. The upper storeys of the building are being converted into 15 studio flats and one and two-bedroom apartments. Andrew Broom of Alder King, who acted for Central & Country Developments, owner of the site, said: "Hard Rock’s decision to launch its new concept in Bristol highlights the strength of the city's leisure market and demonstrates the importance of Baldwin Street as the link between the city centre and the rapidly developing Temple Quarter."
