Greene King is trialling a new ‘flame grill’ menu across a number of its managed Local Pubs sites. The group has rolled out the new menu, which is thought to be on of a number the group is looking to develop, to a handful of pubs across the UK, including the Ascott in Pinner, the Lord Darcy in Leeds and the Golden Hind in Portsmouth. The menu focuses on grilled steak, fish, pork and lamb in different marinades, with prices ranging from £5.99 for a beef enchilada sizzler to £10.49 for an 8oz leg of lamb steak with maple. There is also a selection of eight burgers and a steak & sizzlers option.
