Grays & Feather is opening, what it claims is London’s first sparkling wine bar, in Covent Garden this summer.
Located on Wellington Street, the boutique wine bar will offer fizz from around the world, and showcase undiscovered and unusual wines from smaller producers.
The wine list will also be complemented by small plates, inspired by global flavours.
Grays & Feather takes its name from founder and sparkling wine expert Andrew Gray, and his wine merchant business of the same name, which can be found online as well as at Southbank Food Market.
