Golfrate, the London-based property management company, has put the freeholds of two London pubs on the market.
Davis Coffer Lyons is handling the sale of The Artesian Wells and the Lost Society, both on Wandsworth Road, Clapham.
Offers of £2.75m and £1.5m respectively are being sought for the pair, which are being offered either individually or as a pair.
