Greene King has appointed an interim marketing director, MCA understands.
Rob Rees, who describes himself as a “serial Interim CMO, digital transformer & troubleshooter”, has replaced Fiona Gunn, who moves to the role of design director.
Rees has acted as interim CMO for companies including Bernard Matthews, Dairy Crest and Hilco Capital.
He will head up the marketing team and sit on the operating board, reporting directly to chief executive Rooney Anand.
A Greene King spokesman said: “Rob is an experienced Interim marketing director who has extensive marketing, digital and commercial experience in a number of blue chip and high profile consumer and retail businesses.
“Fiona Gunn, who has led the marketing team for the last year, has moved to the role of design director, to drive the continued evolution of our brands.”
