Food & Fuel, the operator of London-based gastropubs and bars headed by former Spirit boss Karen Jones, is to open a new café bar in Ealing at the start of next year, M&C Report understands.
The group, which currently operates 11 pubs across the capital, will open Maggie’s Café Bar featuring an all-day café offer, plus a smoothies and shakes menu.
Early this year, the companu reported a 7.6% rise in EBITDA for the year to the end of May to £637k.
The group saw turnover increase by 12.7% to £10m, with pre-tax profit up from £65.3k to £219.4k.
It currently operates six gastro pubs, four café bars and one sports bar in London, including the Lots Road Pub and Dining Room and the Coco Momo venues.
