The final 67 pubs that were part of the former Bramwell Pub Company estate have been placed on the market with Christie + Co.

The pubs are situated throughout England, Scotland and Wales and include four in London, with others in major cities like Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff. “All the sites are in excellent trading locations in towns and cities, high streets and retail centres,” said Christie + Co, which is seeking offers by no later than 5pm on Thursday 28 November.

All 67 pubs continue to trade.

Neil Morgan, director and head of pubs for Christie + Co, said: “We’re delighted to present this final tranche of Bramwell Pub Company sites to the market. The package encompasses pubs of a very good quality, all of which are trading and all in excellent locations for future trading potential. The sites would suit existing pub and restaurant operators and are available as group or individual assets.

“While we are entertaining all reasonable offers for the leaseholds, we expect to see some sizeable premiums achieved on some sites.”

The agent had already marketed 35 pubs that were predominately closed, on behalf of Bramwell’s administrator Zolfo Cooper. M&C has previously reported that there has been strong interest in the outlets.

Stonegate Pub Company last week acquired a 78-strong package of former Bramwell pubs.
