Fever Group, the late-night bar and club operator, is to open its fourth Bierkeller site, in Maidstone.
The group has secured the former Beluga Bar site in the Kent town’s Bank Street.

The site – which will offer 10 draught and 80 bottled beers as well as cocktail steins and Bavarian style food – opens 3 March.
The group, owned by Nigel Blair and Mark Shorting, operates 23 sites under its Bierkeller, Fever, Boutique, the Beach, Kukui and Moo Moo brands.
Its latest financial results show it grew turnover in the year to 31 March grow from £9.7m the year before to £12m.
The directors report – which says 55% of trade across its estate comes on Saturday’s nights – said its strategy going forward is focussed on growing the Bierkeller and rebranding its Kukui site.
