Father Ted (FT) Pubs and Bars, which owns and operates nine leasehold sites in London, - six Enterprise Inns sites and three free-of-tie leases - has acquired another Enterprise Inns venue, The Priory in Kilburn, north-west London, writes Paul Charity. Managing director Andrew Connor said: “We are always on the look out for free-of-tie sites and specialise in rundown local sites that we can improve and add our personal touch to. “We believe in community pubs that have a varied offering for all types of customer, from sport to karaoke - the community pub has been forgotten about in the current trend for trendy gastro style bars and firmly believe that a well-run locals/community pub is the type of pub that will survive the current market conditions.” FT Pubs and Bar estate includes: Father Ted’s, Kilburn, The Shannon, Cricklewood, The Springbok, White City; the Three Lions, Camden, The Wig & Gown, Holloway, The Lord Nelson, Holloway, the Plough, Upper Holloway, The Robinson Crusoe and the Bar Stokies, both in Stoke Newington.
