Durham Atkinson , the former general manager of Rushmore Group’s Milk & Honey members club in London’s Soho has opened his second London venue, a cocktail bar called High Water in Dalston, M&C Report has learnt.

The late night venue will serve cocktails as well as craft beers and a selection of wines.

Atkinson said the venue, which has had a soft opening over the past fortnight, is having a kitchen installed to serve “mostly small plates”.

”It’s going really well and been quite busy. There are still some developments to do and we want to grow it further.”

Meanwhile, Atkinson is also expanding the brewing and kitchen facilities at his first bar – Hops & Glory in London’s Islington. He said the on-site brewing capacity will be considerably bigger while the kitchen will be extended to offer a larger menu.

Hops & Glory is operated under YoYo Hospitality, while the new venture is operated under the company name 23 Stoke Newington Road with different business partners.

High Water is open from 6pm daily until 12am weekdays and 1.30am at weekends.
