Jane Holbrook, the former finance director of Novus Leisure, is poised to join Richard Caring's leisure empire in a senior capacity, M&C Report understands. Holbrook, who left Novus earlier this year, is thought to be joining Caring's team as finance director and will oversee the books for a number of the entrepreneur's leisure interests, including Caprice Holdings, Soho House and Wentworth Golf Club. The appointment is believed to be part of a move by Caring to consolidate his leisure interests into one group. Holbrook is a former TDR Capital and Whitbread executive. She worked as an operating partner when TDR owned Pizza Express and acquired the ASK and Zizzi businesses, and also served as a finance director within one of Whitbread’s hospitality businesses. Holbrook is set to join Caring’s group in November. Caring's interests also include the Cote casual dining business plus a stake in Bill's Produce.
