Everards, the Leicester-based brewer, said it will continue the micro-brewery operation at the Brunswick Inn in Derby, its latest acquisition.
The Brunswick, which has 17 handpumps, is a multiple winner of local pub of the year awards, and attracted drinkers with its own-brewed beers, as well as a range from other independent brewers.
Richard Everard, chairman of Everards, said: "We will continue to produce cask ale in the pub, which will sit alongside our own Tiger best bitter, a beer which sells well in our other pubs in the Derby area."
