Evensus, the event management firm, has opened a 200-capacity pop-up bar on the 32nd floor of Nido in London’s Spitalfields, which is set to operate until April 2012.
The Sky Lounge bar opened yesterday and will open on Tuesday to Friday evenings. It boasts 270 degree views ranging from Tower Bridge, past the Gherkin, round to Shoreditch and beyond.
Evensus said: “The main bar area offers a double height ceiling with modern tables and space to take in the view, and a relaxed upper mezzanine floor with sofas for more intimate gatherings.
“The bar’s two side lounges are the perfect place to chill out and watch the city 32 floors beneath. The pop-up bar and dining spot will be open until January 2012.”
Evensus’ other venues include Pop Restaurant and Bar in Brighton’s Royal York Hotel and Pontoon, luxury motor yacht moored in St Katharine’s Dock in London.
