Chris and Stephen Allcock, owners of Euphorium Bakery Ltd, are set to operate an estate of 10 pubs based in and around Bristol by the end of the summer.
The company, which also operates the seven-strong Euphorium Bakery chain in London, has just acquired the former Pubfolio pub, the Coach & Horses in St Philips, off an asking price of £150,000 for the freehold.
The group, which also operates sites such as the Star in
Pill, the Plough, and the Horseshoe, both in Filton, is understood to be in talks on a further pub in the area that will become its 10th.
Christie & Co, the property agency, handled the disposal.
