ETM Group, the London-based bar, pub and restaurant company led by Ed and Tom Martin, is to open a kiosk site at the Nova development in Victoria, which will focus on grilled cheese.

Called G’rilla, the kiosk will be situated next to the group’s Greenwood site at the scheme.

The menu will focus on “gourmet grilled cheese with a twist”.

Last month, the company said it had begun the implementation of an aligned and refocused three-platform brand strategy, which features “Vibrant Bars, food-led Great British Dining, and Crafted Pubs”.

The 12-strong company, which saw turnover for the year to 29 February 2017 reach the £20m mark, told MCA that each platform will have equal focus “but, of course, will be dependent on site opportunities and suitability, demographic and competition in the area”.

The group will open the Broadleaf Bar and Restaurant this month in Old Broad Street by Tower 42 with a further two openings planned for 2018.
