Enterprise Inns, the tenanted and leased pub company, is to roll out Brulines’ iDraught bar management systems to 500 pubs after securing a long-term agreement with the beer flow monitoring firm. The deal will also see the introduction of Brulines’ Nucleus Smart Till EPOS system to Enterprise pubs. The agreement will take the overall number of UK pubs that use iDraught to more than 2,000, Brulines said. IDraught is billed as a tool to offer more than just dispense monitoring, providing licensees with information on pouring yields, beer quality and cost management. This morning's announcement follows a trial of the system at around 50 Enterprise pubs. Simon Townsend, chief operating officer at Enterprise Inns, said: “We are extremely pleased to be extending our relationship with Brulines in this way. It is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver enhanced support to our publicans where it is appropriate, and we believe iDraught will deliver real value to their businesses.” James Dickson, chief executive of Brulines, said: “We are delighted that Enterprise has chosen to extend its relationship with Brulines, and to be partnering Enterprise in delivering the iDraught system to its publicans and are confident that the insights it provides will help them drive best-in-class margins on draught products. “The introduction of Nucleus Smart Tills gives publicans the opportunity to track draught dispense volumes against till data, giving greater transparency on pub performance, and the opportunity to maximise profit.” Last week Brulines acquired Lookout Solutions, the Oxford-based vending industry telemetry solutions provider, for an undisclosed sum.
