Elite Pubs, the Kent-based operator, has secured an eighth site.
The group, which was founded in 2003 by Martial and Natasha Chaussy, has taken on the Crown & Horses in Langley, near Maidstone.
It is due to re-open on 20 November as the Potting Shed.
Elite also operates the Great House near Hawkhurst; the Farm House in West Malling; the Gun near Heathfield; the Dirty Habit in Hollingbourne; the Vineyard in Lamberhurst; the Poacher & Partridge in Tudley near Tonbridge and The Pizza Shack and Juice Bar in West Malling.
