Elior, the contract catering specialist, has launched a new bar called One Under Lime on the site of the former Corney & Barrow site in London’s Leadenhall Market.
The 120-cover wine bar, which is located underneath Lloyd’s of London is expected to add an estimated £1m to Elior’s annual turnover.
The wine list will be overseen by award-winning sommelier and co-founder of hotel Du Vin Gerard Basset.
Corney & Barrow, the wine bar operator led by managing director Lucy Knowles, currently operates 13 sites across the City of London.
