Ei Group, the UK’s biggest pub operator, has confirmed the retirement of David Maloney from the board.
Maloney had served over nine years on the board, and acted as senior independent director and chairman of the audit committee.
Chairman Robert Walker said: “We would like to thank David for his wisdom and experience as a Non-Executive Director and his excellent Chairmanship of the Audit Committee and as the Senior Independent Director until July 2017. David has been an outstanding Non-Executive Director for Ei Group plc and we wish him all the best for the future.”
