Kate Eastwood, former head of sales and marketing at Bramwell Pub Company, has joined Inventive Leisure as it new director of business development, M&C Report understands.
Eastwood, who spent three and a half years as head of food at Bramwell, will be responsible for driving the performance of food, customer insight and pre-booked sales at the Mark McQuater-led group.
Previous to joining Bramwell, which she left in April this year, Eastwood was catering director at Roadchef and food category manager at Laurel Pub Company.
Mark Rush, previously head of food at PizzaExpress, who spent over four years overseeing food development at the former Barracuda business, joined Inventive Leisure as its new executive chef last month.
