Drake & Morgan, the Bowmark Capital-backed bar group, has appointed Dylan Murray, formerly of Soho House Group, as its operations director.
Murray will join the company in January to oversee the next stage in Drake & Morgan’s growth, which includes two more sites in the first quarter of 2015. He will be responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as enhancing the service and delivering the planned roll-out for the company.
In his role at Soho House Group UK, Murray was responsible for the day-to-day running of 17 sites with an expected combined turnover of £90m in 2014.

Earlier this year Drake & Morgan strengthened its board with the appointments of a new non-executive chairman Tony Campbell and finance director James Sherrington.
