Urban Leisure Group (ULG), the London-based bar and restaurant operator, has secured two central London sites for openings in the coming months.

Hezi Yechiel, director of ULG, told M&C Report the group has secured sites in Exmouth Market and Paddington to open as new concepts to the rest of the estate. Both venues are currently being renovated and a schedule of opening is being confirmed.

There are currently seven London venues in the ULG portfolio including two Alice Houses - which Yechiel previously said the group has interest in expanding with a third site.

Yechiel said the venues have had a “really great start to the year” and the company will continue to make improvements to its estate as well as growing with new sites. It is currently running a pop up cocktail bar with The London Cocktail Trading Company in the basement of its Central and Co bar for 12 months.

ULG’s seventh site called Ask for Janice opened in Farringdon in May serving a selection of craft beers and fresh food.

The self-funded group also operates Alice Houses in West Hampstead and Queen’s Park, as well as Graphic, the Elgin, the Gallery and Central & Co.
