The Deltic Group has acquired The Terrace bar in Exeter’s Guildhall Shopping Centre.
The group said it would continue to operate the site, which was owned by Exeter-based company HK4 Group, which also runs Artigiano and The Book Cover, in its existing format.
Russell Quelch, regional director of Deltic Group, told DevonLive: “The Terrace is an outstanding venue with a well-deserved reputation for food and entertainment.
“We plan to build on its success over recent years with on-going investment and staff development, to maintain its position in the local area.”
