A woman has died from suspected food poisoning days after eating oysters at Quaglino's. The London restaurant closed voluntarily for two days after the death A post mortem failed to establish a cause of death, and an inquest has been adjourned. A spokesman for the restaurant, which is owned by D&D London, said: "As a result of Denise Martin's death the environmental health office and the Health Protection Agency launched an investigation. "They came to us and we voluntarily closed. The results of the post mortem examination were inconclusive and there is noting currently to link her death to Quaglino's."
