Revolución de Cuba has launched a new cocktail menu across its eight sites, including a ‘high society’ range.

The Revolution Bar Group brand has overhauled its wine list, including the addition of 500ml carafe option, added some seasonal specials and extended its range of American craft bottled, draught beer and cider.

Among the new cocktails are ‘Call Me Old Fashioned’ a rum twist on a classic – bottled and oak-smoked to order, while ‘One for the Road’ comes wrapped in a hobo-style brown paper bag.

The menu sees the introduction of a range of perfect serve Gin & Tonics as part of the new ‘High Society’ section designed for the discerning drinker – also featuring a White Negroni and the ‘Maid in the Shade’.

The enhancements to the American craft bottled, draught beer & cider range include an exclusive national listing for Goose Island’s 312 Urban Wheat Ale. Other new craft options include Angry Orchard Hard Cider, Stevens Point Pale Ale and Maeloc Sidra which is 100% Gluten free.

Myles Doran, trading director at Revolution Bars Group, said: “We’re constantly developing and refreshing our industry leading drinks range across every category to ensure we delight our growing army of advocates with every visit and this menu enhancement is our best yet.

“At Revolución de Cuba we’re committed to bringing our customers exciting tastes and innovative serves across our food and drink offering which we have extensively researched on educational trips around the world.”
