Dark Star Brewery has agreed terms on a site in Haywards Heath, Sussex, for its fledgling pub company, M&C understands.
The Sussex-based brewer has secured a high street site, which will open in October after a substantial refurb.
The site represents the first acquisition for the brewery under their new pub acquisition vehicle led by industry entrepreneur Heath Ball and Dark Star director, James Cuthbertson.
M&C understands the company is close to securing a second site in the region.
