Cubitt House, the niche operator of food pubs in London, is to unveil its fourth outlet this autumn. The group, which is led by enterpreneurs Barry Hirst and Stefan Turnbull, is launching the Grazing Goat in Marylebone. It has signed a deal for the lease of the 6,300sq ft pub and hotel with landlord the Portman Estate. The group, which also operates the Thomas Cubitt, the Orange and the Pantechnicon, all located in London's Belgravia, is undertaking a substantial refurbishment of the pub, which used to trade as the Bricklayer's Arms.
