The Craft Beer Co, which operates sites across London and one in Brighton, is close to securing a site in Shoreditch, MCA understands.
The eight-strong, Martin Hayes-led group, is understood to be in advanced negotiations as it enters its next phase of growth.
Managing director and founder, Martin Hayes, told MCA: “It’s true we are in negotiations over a site in Shoreditch and all being well we’ll sign in the coming weeks”
Hayes told MCA earlier this year that he was focussing on growth in the capital for this year but still had ambitions to expand across the UK.
He said was interested in Manchester, Birmingham, Oxford or Cambridge if the right site came along.
