The Contemporary Pub Company, a new London-based venture from the team behind restaurant and bar operator Dalziel & Vine, is set to launch later this year, M&C Report understands.
The company, which is led by John D’ell-Ross, is set to commence a round of fund raising ahead of opening its first location this autumn.
The new venture will concentrate on delivering “high quality food and drinks with style within beautiful venues located in central and south west London”.
It is thought that D’ell-Ross is also set to launch a new restaurant called the Neighbourhood Lounge & Kitchen later this year at London’s ExCel.
Dalziel & Vine currently operates La Barrique Wine Café, a boutique wine bar and café located immediately outside the ExCeL exhibition centre.
The company also operates a wine brokerage, which sources unique wines from all over the world for both the Dalziel & Vine business in the UK and clients in Europe, Asia and the US.
