Coppa Club, the Hugh Osmond-backed concept, recently reported like-for-like sales for Q2 2019 up 8.9%, with two new sites in Berkshire and Brighton forthcoming. Following this, Sue Walter, chief executive of parent company Various Eateries, spoke to MCA what makes Coppa Club different, how the concept is always evolving, and plans for sister brands Strada and Above & Below.
