Charles Wells has sold three pubs at auction via Gerald Eve through Cambridge-based auctioneer Cheffins.
Gerald Eve sold the Globe, St Neots, before the auction to a private purchaser for more than its guide price of £160-180,000.
The Cherry Tree in Kettering sold to a private investor for £132,000 off a guide price of £120-140,000.
The Cuckoo Pub Wellingborough sold at auction for £142,000 to a local family who plan to run it as a pub. It had a guide price of £140-£160,000.
