Brunning & Price, The Restaurant Group-owned pub group, is looking to further strengthen its presence in the Midlands, after submitting a planning application to develop a site near Solihull.
The company plans to build a site and develop land at Tidbury Green Farm, Earlswood, near Solihull.
The c60-strong group recently acquire a new Warwickshire site, the Arrow Mill - a former flour mill which dates back to the 1800s - is located in Alcester, between Stratford upon Avon and Worcester.
The building will be converted into the Brunning & Price format, and is due to open before the summer.
Earlier this year, MCA reported that the pub operator was to increase its presence in the south east with an opening in Buckinghamshire – after acquiring the Loch Fyne site recently closed by Greene King.
Brunning & Price is set to open The Old Courthouse in Cheltenham on 15 February – its first in the south west, while the Morris Dancer pub in Kelsall is due to open this spring. It most recently traded as the Lord Binning Pub & Kitchen before it was closed by operator Carrwood Catering in April last year.
