Bruce Taverns, the East coast of Scotland pub, club and hotel operator, has sold its Watershed Bar in Edinburgh to Bramble Bars for an undisclosed sum.
Bramble Bars, which is run by Mike Aikman and Jason Scott, plans to convert the venue on St Stephen Street into a cocktail bar within the next two months.
The partners, who also operate another bar in Edinburgh on Queen Street, are looking to expand their portfolio organically.
Christie & Co handled the sale.
