The South London-based sites operating under the Bricks & Liquor bar concept have been placed on the market, MCA understands.
It is believed that the sites in Tooting and Clapham have been brought to the market through property advisor Restaurant Property.
The concept was launched in Tooting by hospitality entrepreneur David Layton in 2016, with a further site in Balham Hill opening last year.
