BrewDog, the Scottish brewer and pub operator, has placed its Islington site on the market, MCA understands.
The company acquired the former Giraffe site in Essex Road in August 2014, originally opening it under new food concept Dog Eat Dog.
Earlier this summer, it relaunched the site under the name Punk Kitchen, which was set up to be a new home for rotating pop-ups.
MCA understands that JLL is now marketing the site, which has a current passing rent of £60,000 per annum.
