BrewDog has appointed its second ‘Bar Hunter’ as it seeks to ramp up its expansion rate.
The appointment of former acquisition surveyor for Sainsbury’s, Jack Ward, doubles the size of the team after Stephen Hogan joined in March.
The pair are responsible for finding new sites for BrewDog Bars as it seeks to grow to 100 UK outlets.
Ward most recently a retail surveyor at FHP property Consultants.
At last month’s Managed Pub Summit, BrewDog Bars managing director David McDowall told delegates the introduction of new operating formats allowed the company to look at a wider range of sites.
